IMPORTANT REMARKS
1. There's no supermarket nearby Idanha-a-Velha
2. The lunch and dinner will be served at the single restaurant (homemade food)
3. The distance between Idanha-a-Velha and Idanha-a-Nova is about 21 km
4. All participants are invited to work at orchestral, vocal and chamber music sessions
DEADLINES
Normal > 21 July Extra > 26 July with penalty of €5 per day after the 21 July
ACCOMMODATION
7 nights in double rooms at IPCB - university residence in Idanha-a-Nova, included in the price, no breakfast service. Participants can prepare their own breakfast
MEALS
Lunch and dinner is included in the price and it's served at courses location.
TRANSPORT
Included in the price
CIMAbus will do the daily shuttle service between IPCB university residence of Idanha-a-Nova and courses location at Idanha-a-Velha and back to Idanha (about 15 minutes). The schedule will be 9:00h (Idanha-Courses location) / 23:00h (Courses location-idanha)
Arrival day: 26 july
CIMAbus will be at Castelo Branco Station to take participants to Idanha that leave at 21:00h
Departure day: 3 august
CIMAbus will be at Idanha residence to take participants to Castelo Branco Station that leave at 11:00h
